Privacy Policy for Memory & Focus Trainer
This Privacy Policy explains how MINDNEST STUDIO LLC ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the Memory & Focus Trainer mobile application (the "App"), available on Google Play. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
- The App does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location.
- Your game progress, scores and settings are stored only on your device. We do not operate servers that receive this data.
- The App shows ads served by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent first.
- In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
- We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information stored on your device
The App stores the following information locally on your device so it can work properly:
- Game progress, points earned, play history and statistics
- Bookmarked games and which games are unlocked
- Whether you have purchased the "Unlock All" option
This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. We cannot access, view or recover it. It is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the App's data in your device settings.
2. Information collected by third parties
The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information directly from your device under their own privacy policies.
2.1 Google AdMob (advertising)
The App displays ads, including optional "rewarded" ads that you can choose to watch to unlock a game. These ads are served by Google AdMob, operated by Google LLC. To deliver, measure and, where permitted, personalize ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect:
- Your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device information (such as model, operating system and language)
- Information about ad interactions (such as ads viewed or tapped)
- Diagnostic and performance data related to ads

2.2 Consent for ads (Google User Messaging Platform)
If you are in a region where consent is required (such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland), the App shows a consent message from Google's User Messaging Platform before any ads are requested. You can choose whether to allow personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time in the App under Adjust → Privacy Settings.
2.3 Google Play Billing (in-app purchases)
The App offers an optional one-time purchase ("Unlock All") processed by Google Play. Google handles your payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive only the purchase status needed to unlock the content, never your card or billing details.

3. What we do not collect
- We do not require or offer user accounts.
- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, files or precise location.
- We do not use analytics or tracking tools of our own.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
4. Sharing and external links
When you use the "Recommend" option, the App opens your device's standard share menu with a link to the App. Nothing is shared unless you choose an app and send it. Links in the App (such as Terms, Privacy Policy, Rate and More Apps) open in your browser or the Google Play app, which are subject to their own privacy policies.
5. How to control advertising
- Change your ad consent in the App: Adjust → Privacy Settings (shown where consent applies).
- Reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, on Android under Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Settings → Google → Ads, depending on your device).
- Ads can be avoided by not choosing to watch rewarded ads; you can still unlock content through the optional purchase.
6. Data retention and deletion
Because your App data is stored only on your device, you can delete all of it at any time by uninstalling the App or by clearing its storage in Settings → Apps → Memory & Focus Trainer → Storage → Clear data. Data collected by Google for advertising is retained according to Google's policies; you can manage it at https://myadcenter.google.com.
7. Children's privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will help address it.
8. Security
We rely on the security of your device and of Google's services. Communication with ad and billing services uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we do not hold your data on our own servers.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Since we do not hold personal data on our servers, most requests can be handled directly on your device or with Google as described above. 10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
